Job Description
"𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:an API & Web Services Specialist to support our Japan web-service API operations. This role requires an individual who is proficient in reading English technical documents and compose Japanese emails with solutions and communicate basic oral Japanese with customers over phone calls. The specialist will guide users through API projects, from initial setup to production, ensuring seamless integration and certification processes.Key Responsibilities:𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-Read and understand English documents such as API Catalogs.-Compose Japanese emails with solutions and communicate basic oral Japanese with customers over phone calls.𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:-Provide web service development support with knowledge of API calls including HTTP request methods (GET, POST, OPTIONS, PUT, DELETE), HTTP headers, Tokens, Bearer, AuthN, and AuthZ.𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:-Guide users through the process of creating an organization, browsing APIs, signing up or logging in, adding a shipping account, and adding users to their organization.-Assist users in initializing an API project, including creating a project to obtain credentials, integrating APIs, testing implementations, moving projects to production, and completing certification.𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:-Guide users through the Compatible test process, including creating a Compatible provider organization, accepting invites, inviting users, selecting necessary APIs, integrating APIs into applications, certifying to the Compatible Program, moving projects to production, and generating Production Secret Keys."
