  • Job Description

    A. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
    • Assists the People & Culture Manager in designing, developing, and implementation of OD programs or interventions related to culture building, values formation, employee experience as well as change management strategies.
    • Utilizes various methods to assess individual, team and organizational needs to arrive at informed OD recommendations and solutions.
    • Works with People and Culture Manager on the following:
    • Organizational structure
    • Behavioral competency framework
    • Establish core and functional competencies for each job position
    • Training Needs Analysis
    • Administration of Performance Management System.
    • Assist in job design, job descriptions and correct grading of jobs.
    • Assist in development of talent management and succession planning and to coordinate contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

    B. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (TRAINING)
    • Assists People and Culture Manager and Assistant Manager for Training on the following:
    • Strategic alignment of Learning and Development programs with business goals.
    • Curriculum development aligned with career development.
    • Conducts Training Needs Analysis and identify suitable training programs.
    • Design and facilitate in-house trainings and workshops.
    • To commission and manage external resources when required to facilitate training programs including team building.
    • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials.
    • Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards.
    • Oversee and train trainers and line trainers in skills and techniques for training and dealing with employees.

    C. GENERAL REPORTING
    • Prepares and/ or oversees evaluation of training programs.
    • Audits and monitors Performance Management System.
    • Assists People & Culture Manager in creating ad hoc reports and prepares data for OD and Training.
    • Presents reports according to OD and Training Metrics.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    -At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    -Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
    -with experience as HR Training in a manufacturing industry
    -knowledgeable in Document Control and Record Management and ISO/TS 16949
    -has strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
    -can start immediately
