• Job Description

  -checking of purchased products quality
  -Maintaining of suppliers.
  -Checking of purchased materials.
  -Researching of potential vendors
  -Conduct Comparison and Evaluation of suppliers
  -Do the Negotiation of contract terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers
  -Tracking, ordering, and monitoring of delivery
  -Encoding of order details to internal databases
  -Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  -Preparing of reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  -Monitoring of stock levels and placing orders as needed
  -Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  -plan purchasing schedule per month and quarterly.
  -Join to the meeting between employer and suppliers for negotiation and pricing.
  -Monitoring of delivery schedule.
