    • Conduct presales activities
    • Development, deployment and management of automation in production
    • sConduct after sales customer support such as but not limited to documentation, training, etc.
    • Conduct presales for RPA to customers:

    o Explain the RPA to customers.
    o Demo
    o Create a quotation
    o Conduct PoC (Proof of Concept)

    • Production developing

    o RPA development, deployment and project management

    • Customer support

    o Technical support

    • Conduct educational service or training to customers

    • Service proposal coordination and support with Sales/Pre-sales

    • Collaboration with RPA vendors to build good relationships for business strategy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and other computer-related/equivalent courses
    2. With three (3) years work-related experience
    3. Must have strong background and understanding in RPA development specifically UiPath
    4. Preferably with work experience in ICT industry
    5. Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges

    6. Computer literate (MS Office)

    7. Good written and communication skills

    8. Can work under minimum supervision
