• Job Description

  1. Knowledge of System Planning. Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company direction and
  needs.
  2. Knowledge in IT Resource Provisioning. Acquire, setup and deploy IT resources as well as changes on the IT
  resource.
  3. Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance. Pro-active maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure of IT
  resources.
  4. Corrective Maintenance. Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on operation.
  5. Knowledge of installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system, and
  application.
  6. Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining computer systems, network, printer, and server.
  7. Communicates with staff through a series of actions to set up the system or resolve the issue.
  8. Knowledge in troubleshooting network and system including diagnosing and solving hardware and
  software faults.
  9. Support the roll out of new applications.
  10. Manage PC set up and deployment to new employee.
