  • Job Description

    • Can speak, read, write Japanese confidently
    • Can do simultaneous interpretation English/Filipino-Japanese-English/Filipino
    • Responsible for overall day-to-day service delivery of all employee relation functions
    • Manage individual employee relation cases, from incident report through final disposition. Ensure that all issues are adequately documented and responsible for working on reports and recommendations to Legal and the General Manager.
    • Assists the HR Manager in the implementation of the Performance Management System
    • Responsible for conducting the performance appraisal of the employees and must ensure that the process supports and protects the company
    • Monitors and collects necessary data from employees to be compliant with benefits processing and filing with government agencies wherever applicable
    • Assist management in obtaining information and understanding statutory benefits and requirements
    • End-to-end recruitment process
    • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the most suitable applicants for the various positions available
    • Issue incident reports, notices and memorandums and impose proper sanctions for the enforcement of employee discipline
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensures that all the employees are well motivated and engaged in organizing different events and activities and by maintaining and creating benefits programs in line with the needs and wants of the employees
    • Update employees records on HRIS System
    • Attendance monitoring and generation for payroll purposes
    • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administrative or similar
    • Relevant experience in an HR role.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Robust moral and ethical code.
    • Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
    • Excellent administrative skills.
