• Job Description

  The webmaster will be responsible for maintaining & ensuring optimum usability, aesthetic
  excellence, performance & security of the company’s website and related digital assets for
  Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  Usability & Content
   Gather & translate the user requirements of Marketing & other business stakeholders into
  features & functionalities specifications for development teams
   Provide best-practice usability guidance to stakeholders & development teams to ensure
  functional and easy-to-use websites
   Ensure websites are tested and working across browsers, operating systems and devices
   Working with content owners, ensures updated website content & features including image
  resizing, wireframe design/re-design, installing/testing off-the-shelf plug-ins/features
   Monitor and report site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
   Implement & ensure SEO
  Technical Site Management
   Monitoring & optimizing site performance (site analytics, page loading time, broken links,
  capacity)
   Debug pages and fix broken links or images
   Test new versions/pages
   Work with IS or Security teams to ensure site security to protect from unauthorized access,
  attacks, or defacement
   Address user complaints
