• Job Description

  A Finance Manager who will responsible for the
  financial health of the organization in order to promote success and
  growth while maintaining legal financial practices. They are expected
  to accomplish or create financial reports, direct investment
  activities, and develop plans for the long-term financial goals of their
  organization. The Finance Manager is expected to handle the budget
  planning and support the executive management team by offering
  insights and financial advice that will allow the management team to
  make the best business decisions for the company
  
  1. Play an integral part by contributing to the development and refinement of the
  Company’s growth and vision strategies and increase profit through prudent financial
  practices and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws,
  procedures and regulations such as tax filing and financial reporting.
  2. Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments
  including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting
  regular assessments of financial procedures.
  3. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and
  enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow
  forecasting.
  4. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial
  forecasts.
  5. Oversee end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet
  reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as adhoc projects and requests as and when they come up.
  6. Handle any other duties, consistent with the role, or duties as required from time to time
  by the Executive or Management Team
