    Major Duties And Responsibilities:

    ● Research product trends, relevant personalities, and competitors in the industry, both domestic and international
    ● Recruit and build strong relationships with Influencers/affiliates/brands through campaign programs
    ● Plan influencer/affiliate/brand partnership campaign briefs according to the Brand, Sales, and Marketing team’s direction, schedules, and expected deliverables
    ● Develop influencer/affiliate/brand partnership briefs & KPIs, and analyze the performance of key influencers for each campaign and study how to optimize influencer/affiliate/brand partnership activations
    ● Secure and negotiate partnerships and campaigns with Influencers, affiliates, and brands
    ● Handle contract negotiations with influencers, ensure a clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables while driving cost efficiencies
    ● Execute multiple campaign initiatives (such as but not limited to influencer posting, PR seeding, Social media Lives, etc.)
    ● Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials that are central to the consumer’s perspectives
    ● Conceptualize, develop and execute content ideas and drive continual optimization based on actionable, data-driven insights
    ● Coordinate and enact the brand team’s overall direction and oversee each content and design output in the content/campaigns development that are aligned with the expected schedules and deliverables
    ● Review and approve the design and quality of the outputs from third-party agencies and suppliers.
    ● Review and Coordinate with the brand and marketing team regarding approval of contents (such as but not limited to final layouts, storyboards, illustrations, etc.) encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests.
    ● Develop engaging marketing content with the ability to convey proper writing tone and style according to the platform (such as but not limited to social media pages, eCommerce pages, internal circulation)
    ● Ensure smooth and timely execution (from planning to launch) Social Media Programs (can include but not limited to Lives, giveaways, etc.) to increase and sustain consumer engagement, sales performance, and brand awareness
    ● Analyze data, generate insight, and translate them into strategies for brand content
    ● Align closely and coordinate with marketing teams and external partners to ensure program alignment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Basic Qualifications:
    ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field
    ● With at least 2 years of relevant experience in Influencer management, Social Media management, and Campaigns/Project management
    ● A deep understanding of design and proper writing principles.
    ● Have a good understanding of social media & Influencer’s landscape
    ● Creative and proactive in updating trends and knowledge in influencers and social media
    ● Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
    ● Problem-solver and strategic thinker
    ● If need be, has the ability to conduct and present oneself in brand Lives
    ● Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    ● Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
    ● Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    ● Knowledge of marketing tracking tools such as app tracking tools and affiliate platforms, is a plus
    ● Able to manage social media groups and interact with various individuals according to the brand voice and personality
