    Digital marketing strategists are responsible for initiating, driving and implementing marketing
    initiatives to accelerate lead generation while also raising brand awareness and product
    consideration. They craft the overall strategy for both paid and unpaid marketing platforms to
    meet the business goals of the organization.
    Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
    • Manage paid and unpaid channels
    • Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
    • Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency
    • Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups
    • Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
    • Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
    • Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many
    online channels
    • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities
    for improvement
    • Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ✓ Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science or equivalent.
    ✓ 1-2 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
    ✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    ✓ Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
    ✓ Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints.
    ✓ Excellent interpersonal skills.
    ✓ Insightful and perceptive.
    ✓ Business knowledge.
    ✓ Deadline driven.
    ✓ Understanding of web analytics.
    ✓ Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.
    ✓ Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch
    ✓ Excellent Excel skills – familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups is a huge bonus
    ✓ Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms
    to capture key metrics
