Job Description
The successful candidate will plan, direct, control and coordinate all aspects of engineering activities related to operations, property insurance and maintenance of building facilities and equipment. His/ her responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing the safety and security of the building and its office premises. He/ she will support in events with regards to technical needs.
Qualifications
Requirement
• a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering course or any related technical course, MBA or master’s degree in related field is an advantage;
• at least five (5) years’ experience in facilities operation and maintenance;
• expertise in the implementation of both regular and periodic preventive maintenance program, repair schedules of all building machineries, equipment and other facilities;
• good operation management and decision making skills;
• above average communication skills;
• high organization skills, self-motivated and service-oriented;
• keen attention to details;
• self- motivation, fast learner, good team player and can work with minimal supervision;
• pleasant personality, can relate well with internal and external clients; and
• proficiency in MS offices.English Level
