  1. System Planning. Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company direction and
  needs
  2. IT Resource Provisioning. Acquire, setup and deploy IT resource, as well as changes on
  the IT resource
  3. Preventive Maintenance. Pro-active maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure on IT
  resource
  4. Corrective Maintenance. Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize
  stoppage on operation s
  5. With skills and knowledge on the ff. systems:
  
  • LAN, Internet, Telephone Network
  • ESET AV, Active Directory, Windows Update Service, Hibun, Kanzen Shoukyo
  • Backup System (Atempo Time Navigator)
