Qualifications

• Requirement

  1. Candidate must process at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Engineering
  (Mechanical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, FDAS, and Architectural) course,
  AUTOCAD or equivalent
  2. Basic knowledge of engineering works
  3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  4. Proficient in AutoCAD.
  5. Can adjust to a fast-paced environment
  6. Well versant in handling CAD layers, plot styles, line styles and Xrefs
  7. Can understand MEPF drawings and architectural drawings
  8. Good English communication skills and can coordinate effectively
  9. Can work efficiently with minimal supervision
  10. Can deliver results fast and accurate
  11. Familiar with the National Building Code, Philippine Electrical and Electronics Code and
  other standards in an advantage
  12. Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantage
  13. With CAD certification of completion from AUTODESK is an advantage
  14. With professional license is an advantage
  15. Background/Knowledge in MEPF, Structural & Architectural is an advantage.
