Job Description
1.Recruitment such as Job Posting, Pre-Screening of applicants, Orientation of newly hired and making 201 files.
2.Booking arrangement and company events
3.Update employee records (individual training records and certificates)
4.Encode Leave, Authorize Overtlme, Encode Official Business, monitor attendance and Process Timesheet using a Timekeeping and Payroll system.
5.Benefits Administration such as Checking of Reimbursements, SSS Siclcness/ SSS Maternlty Benefit, Employee Loans (SSS & Pag-ibig), Company Handphone (Globe), Annual Physical Exam, and other reward and awards.
6.General Services such as Monitor Drivers Schedule, Drivers DTR, PMS of Vehicles, RFID Reload, Easy Trip Reload, Gasoline Fleet Card, Grocery Supply and Toiletries, Office Supplies, Janitoi’ DTR, Car Usage, Security Guards DTR, Building Maintenance, Aiicon PMS, and Vehicle Stickers.
7.Local Purchasing, getting quotations, prepare canvass sheet, prepare Purchase Requisition/Order and Do inventory.
Qualifications
Requirement
1) Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resource Development Management
2) With HR/ General Affairs work experience is an advantage
3)With experience in HR functions such as Trainings, Recruitment, Employee relations, Payroll and time keeping Benefits Administration and General Services is an advantage.
4)Background in ISO is an advantage.
5) Proficient in MS office applications and has excellent communication skills.
6) Customer-oriented, flexible and can work independently
7) Can start immediately.English Level
