  <MUST>Fresh Grads are Welcome(BS TOURISM or ANY RELATED FIELD)
  ・JLPT N3 Above
  -since the client will be Japanese and Need to talk Japanese who planning travel.
  -Required N3 to proper discussion of details
  ・Be able to communicate with client/s using both Japanese & English language via emails, chat, and calls
  -Mainly support Voice but need to reply suing char or email
  -speak politely/ or in a business manner form
  ・Computer literate (proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  ・Can take phone calls and email chat support.
  ・Amenable to work in shifting schedule (Flexible)
  ・Ability to work with minimal supervision
  ・Strong interpersonal skills
  ・Ability to meet deadlines
  ・Ability to Multitask
  ・Willing to work in Makati City

  ・Has an experience in Online Reservation Management
  ・Has BPO experience but bit required
