    • Lead IT projects from test to end process and deployment of systems,
    • Assess clients’ needs and develop strategies for improvement of hardware and software,
    • Troubleshoot issues related to IT and ensure smooth maintenance of the systems,
    • Planning and full coordination with clients and internal staff and stakeholders,
    • Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement,
    • Provide direction to IT team members,
    • Coordinate sales activities and plan strategies for clients,
    • Tracking of sales metrics; pre-sales and post sales assistance,
    • Setting sales quotas, creating plans, and analyzing data,
    • Any task related to the above-mentioned business details

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Experience
    Minimum of 8 years in management and IT-related field
    History:
    • Should have Business to Business Sales experience,
    • Should have experience managing projects using modern web technologies, have knowledge
    configuring services in Cloud hosting providers, and knowledgeable in Agile development, SCRUM,
    test driven development, and DevOps,
    • Should have experience in managing web development projects of a team larger than 2 people
    with development time more than 1 year,
    • Must be able to communicate and write in English business level
    • Ideally have work experience in the Philippines more than 1 year,
    • Minimum of 8 years work experience working with software,
    • Large international network in business community is a huge plus,
