Job Description
Ensure labor/disciplinary cases are carried out timely and in compliance with company policies and due process requirements
- Drafts, notices, letters memos and the like in compliance with the company and labor standards
- Ensures the strict implementation of the proper imposition of Disciplinary Action
- Initiate and conduct case investigations and administrative hearing
- Provide recommendations on case decisions and appropriate corrective actions
- Provide Assistance, guidance and advice to the employees
- Acts as a liason and Completes all documents for DOLE related inquiries and issues
- Represent the company in Labor proceedings
- Ensure and updates proper implementations of HR Policies and Procedures
- Supervises Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
- Manages employee performance evaluation
- Onboarding and pre employment requirements
- Conducts exit interview, process clearances and provides report
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Requirement
Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Business Administrator or any other Behavioral/Business Course
- **At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.**:
- **Knowledgeable on Labor Laws**:
- **Has experience handling government compliances such as DOLE and others**:
- **Has experience handling employer issues and labor relations issues**:
- **Has experience being company representative in DOLE hearings, cases and the likes is an advantageEnglish Level
