  1.Coordinate and create a plan together with the management in the achievements of goals of the organization.
  2.Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  3.Shall report and publish to the Chief Operating Officer periodically the result of sales revenue that you and your team produce.
  4.Present value proposition and ROI compellingly.
  5.Promoting the organization and products.
  6.Document communications, weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activities.
  7.Ensure that your sales team has what they need to maximize potential by providing sufficient resources.
  8.The Manager shall enforce guidelines in order to make the team the most efficient and utilize their strengths to the best of their abilities.
  9.Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  10.Manage the marketing overall. Shall maintain close liaison with brand/marketing in charge to ensure effective execution of the brand proposition.
  11.To manage customer complaints and queries on company products.
  12.Collaborate with Global Business Division (GBD) Sales and Marketing and acquire additional inputs that can possibly apply to the Philippine market.
  13.The Sales Manager need to help in the recruitment to the most successful candidate in the sales, marketing, and clinical hiring.
