    Reports To : Managing Director
    Assign Area : Calabarzon

    The Sales Specialist is responsible for seeking new business opportunities as well as maintaining
    strong business relationships with existing customers to expand the market share. The position
    reports to the Managing Director on the development of prospective customers and retention of
    current customers.
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function
    satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities
    required.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Close collaboration and training under the Managing Director, in the development of new
    customers, maintain good rapport with existing customers, and management of resources for
    generating new business contacts.
    • Establishment and maintenance of strong customer relations; understanding of customer
    demands and needs, development of solutions to fill these needs with regard to the business
    demands of COMPANY
    • Proactively visit customer facilities to determine their needs
    • Development and execution of product demonstrations and customer presentations.
    • Preparation of sales reports through collection, analysis and compilation of sales information, and
    of market analysis reports on competitor activity and market trends.
    • Involvement in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, budget plans and
    monthly forecasts.
    • Coordination and integration of CRM; maintenance and updating of customer databases.
    • Involvement in the entire sales cycle, including meeting customers, submit quotations, process
    sales orders, obtaining export licences, and coordinate machine delivery with factories.
    • Assistance in in-house seminars and other associated activities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    • Bachelor’s / College degree from accredited university
    • 1~2 years’ experience in B2B sales
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English with exceptional customer service orientation
    • Outgoing and keen to interact with people
    • Self-motivated, aggressive, and customer services oriented
    • A team player who is meticulous and able to work independently
    • Professional in Microsoft Office (such as MS word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)

    <BETTER>
    • Some knowledge in machine tools would be an advantage
    • Possess a valid class driving license, and/or possess own car would be an advantage
    • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
