    Sales Executives are responsible to help Boss Cargo Express to grow by finding
    leads and closing sales deals with existing clients or new prospects.

     STATEMENT OF DUTIES
    1. Present, promote and sell service using solid arguments to existing and
    prospective customers
    2. Perform cost, benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet
    their needs
    3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
    4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
    satisfaction
    6. Achieve agreed upon Sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    7. Coordinate Sales effort with team members and other departments
    8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Qualifications

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Work Requirement
     Exceptional customer service skills
     Proven experience in domestic logistics
     Pro-active and can work independently

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree in Marketing /
    Business Administration / Commerce or any business-related course

    Work Experience
     At least 2- 5 years of work experience in Sales Acquisition

    Communication Skills

     Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively; listens well for
    proper response
     Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively to meet needs; able
    to read and interpret written information


     Ensures confidentiality of information
     Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
     Open, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business
    environment
     Willing to traveL

    Training / Skills Needed
    1. Excellent people and organizational skills
    2. Sales Planning and Negotiation, client relationship and prospecting skills
    3. Presentation and graphical Literacy
    4. Proficient in MS Office
