• Job Description

  1. Overseeing the production processes and procedures in production operations
  2. Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency
  3. Identifies inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions
  4. Develops and implements strategies and training toward accomplishing company goals and values
  5. Maintaining communication between management and staff to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
  6. Leads by example: Sets expectations for staff and monitors delegated activities
  7. Determines resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.
  8. Communicates performance and progress of production.
  9. Ensures staff are following Operations SOPs and safety guidelines at all times
  10. Oversees safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
  11. Leads opening and closing production
  12. Performs procedures and checklist
  13. Manages stock movements including stock deliveries.
  14. Oversees the warehouses
  15. Assists couriers for pickup concerns.
  16. Performs administrative duties
  17. Assists verification of production output according to specifications
  18. Performs interviews and training of new and seasonal employees.
