Job Description

Provide monthly and annual financial statements: balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flows and other reports that may be required of you by management. Master the computerized accounting system of the company, ensure that all personnel under your supervision know and practice its correct and timely application.Provide the accounting data to heads of operations of the various departments necessary in the implementation, control and direction of their respective work.Provide systems and procedures on expense and cost control, as well as loss and fraud control, in all activities in the company and you shall monitor and control compliance of our people.Responsible for the correct and timely updating, accomplishment and submission of government mandated reports, forms, records, such as, but not limited to, BIR Registration, monthly/quarterly/annually filing of tax returns and all required reports/attachments, issuance of TNV/LOA/LN, Business Registration, LGU Business Clearances, BIR Tax Clearance etc.. Such requirements pertain to the company, its offices, warehouses showrooms and other facilities.Provide reports and other government requirements to SEC, BIR, City Government and other government agencies and shall represent the company in undertakings related to the requirements of these government agencies in close coordination with the Group of Companies Controller.Responsible for the correct and timely updating, accomplishment and submission of General Information Sheet (GIS) to SEC.
