• Job Description

  - Inventory planning, assist int he implementation and monitoring of business overall supply strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  - Specific duties and responsibilities will be:
  - Facilitating and scheduling meeting for order meetings
  - Creates/checks reposts that shall be used in the meeting
  - Interprets data into valuable points and use it as basis of ordering
  - Works with general sales in forecasting sales transaction that will materialize
  - Works as a group manager in planning and implementation of overall supply chain strategy
  - Coordinates with the head office about the ordering status and variance explanations
  - Provides reports that will explain supply plan for the pre-order meetings
  
  - Responsible in assuring the profitability of all line up for the company to achieve the PLANS set during the OBP/RBP
  Specific Duties and responsibilities:
  - Measure the variance of the applicable exchange rate and plan the % increase of SRP that should be done to catch-up planned profitability
  - Study the profitability per unit on given price conditions from general sales
  - Manages the price of ageing stocks for disposal
  - Creates CAL for new bodies and models in coordination with HML
  - Reviews monthly forex for large variance from OBP rate
  - Reports quarterly change of list price of Japan truck brands and study the strategy of each company
  - Monitors important data for price related information that can be utilized for better pricing strategic planning
  - Creates CEP analysis for existing models for price repositioning
  - Creates price proposal for CBU transaction and analyze the best process flow and product flow
  
  - Responsible in helping the company achieve its target/plans by harmoniously working with the whole division
  - Facilitates (creation of project schedules, plans, objective, and meeting materials) meeting for entrusted projects
  - Works with the whole division in the implementation of projects that will help HMP
  - Helps import and export in analyzing the best shipping company that will not affect our process
