  • Job Description

    Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of support of Win10/11 infrastructure and services across service components including the following:

    -Client Image Management
    -Enterprise Mobility Management
    -Application Packaging
    -Patch Management
    -Software Distribution
    -Provide services and tasks to the customer within agreed service delivery timeframes. 
    -Provide governance to all implementations and changes affecting the end user environment.
    -Escalate issues as required to the Workspace Engineering Team Leader or SDM.
    -Assist with the development and enhancement of relevant standards, procedures and guidelines.
    -Manage customer expectations by keeping them updated as their case progresses, notifying of any delays.
    -All customer interactions and activities are logged correctly in the client ITSM tool.
    -Create and maintain knowledge and technical documentation to ensure information is accurate and up to date including but not limited to Troubleshooting, How To Guides, Operational procedures, Build documentation, Operational acceptance testing documentation and configuration management records.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Technical Competencies:
    ·To be able to prove experience as a Level 4 or above
    ·Experience working with VMWare, Xen, or Hyper-V
    ·Experience with Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, Infrastructure Virtualisation, Office 365, routing and switching, scripting (VB/Powershell)
    ·A strong knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall.
    ·Supporting, managing and maintaining Microsoft Azure - Azure AD Connect, Azure AD & Azure IAM
    ·Azure Cloud Management/Virtualization - Azure VM Deployment, Performing configuration management and DR, Azure Networking, Configuration of hybrid and on prem.
    ·Expertise in Powershell (MS Online, Exchange Online & Skype Online)
    ·Exposure to Skype for Business Online, Teams and Teams Calling
    ·Power Apps experience
    ·Security and policy management experience
    ·Knowledge of Office 365 Intune MDM and Autopilot deployments, Microsoft Office 365 administration
    ·Experienced using and reading tool such as analyzing debugs, support logs, Wireshark to investigate high complex issues.
    ·Experience using third party tools such as Terraform & Ansible
    ·Excellent complex-problem diagnosis technique
    ·Calm under pressure, and not afraid to escalate or consult when unsure of a solution
    ·Experience working in a managed service, outsourcing or professional services environment.
    ·Certification is a plus but not required(MCSE, Enterprise Admin Expert, Azure DevOps, Azure Solution Architect expert)

    Non – Technical Competencies
    ·At least 10 years of experience as Engineer and 5 years experience working as vendor support preferable from MS of subcon of MS.

    ·Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills are paramount
    ·Can work under pressure and show composure in times of major issues/escalations.

    ·Experience building and reviewing technical documentations and procedures.
    ·Experience in reviewing architecture, design documentations and make recommendations
