  MAIN OBJECTIVE:
  The QC section specialist evaluates the assemblies and process according to required standards / Specification and quality plan and where applicable. conducts analysis of non-conformances and recommends actions and countermeasure.
  
  1) Conduct performance analysis of parts and assemblies in support the development of new model and current production
  2) Prepares trial assembly report or audit report whichever is applicable, gives recommendation and submits to superior for approval and dissemination
  3) Conduct periodic product audit of assemblies
  4) Conduct periodic line audits
  5) Investigate problems encountered in the line due to material or assembly error; make analysis, recommendation and report to superior
  6) Analyze warranty claims and gives recommendations and countermeasures.
  7) Analyze patrol inspection data and give interpretation using statical presentation and recommendations.
  8) Recommends revision/improvements on exiting quality plan.
  9) Observes strictly safety rules and regulation and help maintain good house keeping in his area
