    BASIC FUNCTION: The Supply Assistant assists and supports the Supply
    Officer in ensuring that the import and local procurement
    process of the company’s products are delivered /
    discharged into the company’s storage tank facilities
    efficiently and smoothly. He / She will be directly
    coordinating with the company’s customs brokers for all
    incoming shipments.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in customs administration, business administration, supply
    chain management or any related field.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in importations.
    3. Technical background / knowledge of international trade regulations and customs
    compliance.
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
