    ＜Job Description＞
    ・Develop and establish credit standards and credit flow.
    ・Serve as the final decision-maker for individual review cases, with some cases requiring CEO approval.
    ・Oversee and manage the entire review process, preventing and controlling errors and fraud.
    ・Operate and maintain reviews based on regulations and guidelines.
    ・Detect and promptly and effectively address errors and fraudulent activities.
    ・Develop and train the Credit Survey team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    ・Over 3 years of management experience in credit assessment or risk management departments within financial institutions.
    ・Experience in developing credit standards and credit flow, or equivalent experience.
    ・Strong decision-making and judgment skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous assessments.
    ・Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    ・Effective communication and leadership skills.
    ・In-depth understanding of regulatory and internal policies.
    ・Business-level proficiency in English (capable of communication both verbally and in writing).

    ＜Preferred＞
    ・Experience in assessing Sangla OR/CR (motorcycle or car collateral loans), preferably with experience at Asialink or its related companies (Cycle Finance, Global Dominion).
    ・A willingness to continuously improve and take on a wide range of tasks with a positive attitude.
    ・Ability to communicate in Japanese.
