【主な仕事内容】
・顧客へのオペレーション課題のヒアリング
・システム要件の言語化
・ERPコンサルタントへの情報共有
・顧客への提案準備および提案
・顧客フォローアップおよび契約締結
・契約後のプロジェクトマネジメント、進捗管理
・既存顧客からの問い合わせ対応
・新規顧客へのソフトウェアのデモ提案
・システム稼働後のフォローアップ
Qualifications
Requirement
【必須条件】
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・英語ビジネス会話レベル（目安TOEIC750点以上）
・ERPの基礎知識
・ITパッケージソリューションの提案営業の経験、または製造業でのITプロジェクトマネジメント経験（実務経験3年以上）

Ensure all transactions and deliveries are recorded for tracking purposes.12. Ensure that all incident/accident reports are recorded, monitored, and addressed.
