• Job Description

  - Manage and assist the Finance & Administration Manager in overseeing the Accounting department.
  - Support the Finance & Administration Manager in providing timely and reliable reports to the President/Managing Director and headquarters (both periodic and ad-hoc).
  - Ensure compliance with reporting and payment requirements to government agencies, such as BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), local governments (Dasmarinas, Silang), and other relevant authorities.
  - Handle tax-related matters, including preparation, filing, and payment of taxes in accordance with BIR regulations.
  - Gather financial data and conduct analysis to provide accurate forecasts, budget reports, and cost analysis.
  - Monitor and control costs, and propose improvements to enhance cost efficiency in company operations.
  - Conduct internal audits of financial processes and transactions to ensure sound internal controls.
  - Continuously improve processes to increase team efficiency.
  - Develop and train Finance & Administration staff to work effectively.
  - Serve as the department’s representative to the ISO and EMS committees.
  - Other needed tasks.
