  • Job Description

    <KEY FUNCTIONS>
    -Handing Admin work such as Attendance/deployment management, Office supply management, Official document management, Managing Legal issue related to Employment and arranging BOD matter
    -Handing Purchasing work such as Supplier management, Delivery management, Stock control and import management

    <DUTIES AND RESPONSIB ILITIES>
    •Filing and organize monthly attendance of all employee and secure supporting documents
    •Managing the deployment of regular/casual staff in Installation business as per the request from the installation department.
    •Coordinating interview/acceptance/deployment/resignation of casual staff with the agency.
    •Preparing a document related department
    - SOP
    - BIlling
    - Certification Etc.
    •Arranging Business trip (as per request)
    •Managing Office supply
    •Managing company car schedule
    •Managing official document such as permission, certificate and contract related to admin work
    •Managing legal issue related to employment with an attorney.
    •Securing quotation from local supplier and ordering
    •Control delivery from supplier to the site
    •Handling/Arranging delivery from a factory to the office(the site)
    •Managing parts stock
    •Document work of import with agency

    <CONFIDENTIALITY>
    •Confidentiality of Information and Transaction Agreement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Knowledge and experience on how to manage schedule and documents.
    -Knowledge and experience on stock control/management (Not must, better to have)
    -Knowledge about DOLE regulation
    -Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
    -Responsibility to meet a deadline.
    -Basic knowledge about import, customs (Very basic is enough)
    -Ability to have good communication with a superior and related department.
    -Experience made a decision/j judgment by self within the scope authorizes.
    -Basic knowledge MS Excel Skills and knowledge in other MS Application such as MS Word and Power
    -Basic verbal and written communication abilities across level of an organization
    -Able to negotiate, establish and process contracts with supplies
    -Accurate and precise attention to details
    -Able to make decision in fast-paced environment
    -Good health and Stress resistant
