Job Description:1. Assist in the development of the corporate-level mid-term and annual business plans, ensuring cohesiveness and consistency with the Company’s overall strategic direction.2. Assist in the company-wide communication of the overall strategic plan to enable the development of aligned and integrated departmental business plans.3. Regularly analyze financial statements and other relevant data, identifying areas for improvement to support decision making on optimizing operations, including resource and capital management.4. Coordinate regularly with Accounting Department on data gathering and prepare the financial report for monthly submission to regional head office.5. Coordinate regularly with Underwriting Department on data gathering and assist in the preparation of the underwriting report for submission to regional head office.6. Undertake special projects as requested by Management and provide ad hoc support to other departments.7. Perform other duties as may be assigned

Job Overview:Responsible for the acquisition, establishment, and development of partnerships with revenue driving institutions (traditional, non- traditional or digital partners) in relation to affinity programs and partnerships.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Conceptualize, create, and manage new affinity direct marketing programs for special or non-traditional channels.2. Assesses the market landscape and identify potential partnership or acquisition opportunities.3. Executes customized account strategy, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share for select strategic partner accounts.4. Implement or execute campaigns for assigned segment channel.5. Ensures the achievement of assigned production and profitability targets.6. Establishes productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned partner accounts to meet partners’ business objectives and expectations.7. Lead the alignment of internal cross-functional teams on key proposals to explore potential partnership.8. Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure the timely implementation and execution of partnership and/or engagement.9. Regularly monitors, assess outcomes, and submits updates, reports or recommendations on ongoing marketing initiatives and/or programs for submission to immediate superior.10. Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
