Job Description
1. Treasury functions such as processing of online and manual check payments, remittances, transfers ,conversion, communication with bank personnel, OR/AR issances to customers, loan processing, journal processing & posting and submission of related treasury reports2. Compliances such as preparation & processing of applications, reports and correspondences with various government office such as SEC, PEZA, LGU, etc.3. Tax filing, payment and preparation/submisison of related tax returns , reports and requirements to BIR not limited to EWT, VAT, FWT, FBT, DST, ITR, etc. and assist in review of tax related matters for SCMB. Liase with BIR examiner and preparation of requirements during tax investigations and response to notices4. Preparation of documents, audit schedules, reconciliations, etc. for interim and year‐end audit and liase with external auditors5. Checking of billing confirmations, Debit Note & Credit Note with supporting documents issued by Business Dept. Preparation of billing to related party for fees and reimbursement of expenses.6. Preparation journal entries related to cash and other accounts as result from reconciliation and checking of various accounts.7. Review of credit applications and other RM applications, preparation of RM reports monitoring compliance, issues and attend /present report during regional meetings
