Assists the employees to interpret physician’s instructions5. Prepares necessary medical reports for analysis and decision making6. Gathers, prepares, and presents various health and safety information for employee’s awareness7. Submits and follows-up with Philheath and SSS documentation and reimbursements on sickness, maternity, and magna carta8. Schedules and implement annual/ periodic/ special examination of employees9. Management of Lactating Facility10. Attend and assists in company sponsored activities as needed.11. Manages the HMO benefits12. Assist the Employee Relation in the CSR activities and other related concerns13. Assist in day-to-day function of HR & Admin group whenever needed
