Job Description
The successful candidate, under the supervision of the Executive Director for IGFI, will conduct and regularly update community profile giving attention and possible solutions to their needs. He/ she will submit concept papers based on community needs, gather and process data required for baseline report, prepare project evaluation and project proposals. Moreover, the candidate will build and strengthen core groups, community organizations and leaders in communities where s/he will be assigned. He/ she shall conduct/ facilitate/ attend required trainings and community meetings and will assist in coordinating special events involving locators and communities and implement sustainable community development projects
