The successful candidate shall be primarily responsible for executing training function in the following key result areas:1. TRAINING DESIGN AND FACILITATION: Supervise the implementation of employee development plan based on the established training calendar, including any necessary revisions based on new direction and priorities, to & address learning gaps and sustain organizational learning. Prepare training design and module for assigned new programs, as well as necessary revision for existing ones, based on developmental needs and training plan. Provide support in module design and development for Subject Matter Experts and coordinates with internal SMEs and external trainers/firms for the execution of scheduled training. Prepares training report on all facilitated training program based on established format.
