  ※the position is starting from Management trainee.
  It means this position will be start as sales, then there is a possibility to be manager, director in the near future.
  （The training period is shortest about six months but depend on ability）
  ■Managing both sales department, which is sales for insurance company, and for car dealers .
  　During training period, she/he will handle both clients above as sales.
  ■Visit to those clients frequently to propose to purchase damaged cars.
  ■Mainly vehicle assessment, estimation, negotiation the prices, contract signing, export arrangement、etc..
  ■Management around 10 sales staff　when to be manager.
