   Oversee production of promotional materials by setting design approaches; directing layout, and copy writing; determining and monitoring production schedules; providing work direction to staff.  Manage visual content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.  Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing objectives.  Be in the know of the latest creative trends and use insight to create fresh design ideas for the brand.  Work closely with internal marketing team in visualizing campaign and promotional materials.  Provide day to day design requirements by other business units such as Digital, PR and Events.
