  • 仕事内容

    1. Serve as key person between customers and affiliates,
    *Will report to the General Manager about sales performance, stock movement, customer updates.
    *Monthly Sales Forecast
    *PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) Report.
    *Weekly, Monthly & Annual Sales & Gross Profit of the company.

    2.Handle logistics (delivery, shipment and Peza requirements),
    * Double checking of Shipment document from affiliates & Maker’s against Purchase Order Request.
    * Assist Customer regarding PEZA LOA (Letter of Authority) application, renewal & Transfer
    * Monitor LOA & bond insurance expiration and renewal
    * Prepare Delivery Advise to logistic partner and Request to Customer.
    * Notify Customer regarding deliveries, requirements, 8105 & other concerns.
    * Ensure PO has been serve based on customer request
    * Prepare Progress LOA Report with coordination to logistic partner.
    * Receive & Monitor Sample deliveries.

    3. Assist customer about PO, product inquiry, after sales service and other concern such as MSDS, Accreditation, trial request and etc.

    4. Will report to Singapore Office about Warehouse Stock updates & Proof of Deliveries.
    * Monitoring & check stock inventory at warehouse with the help of outsource company,
    * Prepare Outstanding list (comparison of physical inventory record of ISK-SG)
    * Checking packaging of product and condition.

    5. Recommend and initiate improvement about the process

    6. Visit & meeting with clients in provinces from time to time.

    7. Coordinate with Sales & Technical members about customer machine performance, product consumption and other external factors.

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    *At least 2 years’ experience in logistic such as deliveries, inventory import
    *Has PEZA knowledge
    *Bachelor degree holder (any course)
    *Willing to travel in provinces like Batangas, Cavite, Bataan, Laguna and Cebu
    *Willing to be trained.
    *Willing to do field work from time to time.
    *Can handle irate customers
    *Can work multi-tasking
    *Has knowledge in Microsoft Office

    *With experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
