  I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  A. Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas).
  i. Develops software solutions by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
  ii. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
  iii. Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and review; recommending changes in implementation and/or procedures
  iv. Constructs and updates unit tests for new and existing testable classes
  v. Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment;
  
  B. Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)
  i. Participates in educational opportunities (e.g. technical training);
  ii. Maintaining personal networks;
  iii. Recommends system solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives
  
  C. Delivers (The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)
  i. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
