  Job Responsibilities
  1. To study and analyze the plans and specifications of the proposed project.
  2. To analyze various factors concerning material procurement, fabrication, and construction of the project.
  3. To prepare the fabrication and installation/construction manuals.
  4. To review and recommend work process improvements as necessary.
  5. Coordinate with contractor, subcontractor, material supplier, fabrication and client's engineers through the progress of the project.
  6. To closely monitor and follow project schedule and make sure work progress is as scheduled.
  7. Resolves issues and concerns for the assigned project and report them to the manager.
  8. Day to day management for the project assigned.
  9. To prepare all necessary documentation and ensure that they are kept intact and updated.
  10. To ensure that all manual and guidelines are explicitly followed during fabrication and/or construction.
  11. Performs a technical, organizational and supervisory role on fabrication and/or construction site.
  12. To prepare inspection reports and progress reports on a regular basis.
