   Develops production plan based on product stock-flow and production capacity and monitors the execution of the plan.
   Checks and approves material requirement forecast and ensure proper inventory stock level has been monitored.
   Ensure efficient and accurate overseeing of stocks or inventory. Provides necessary communication in case of raw material shortage and take countermeasures.
   Checks forecast of customer and forecast issued to the supplier.
   Checks all materials requisition is in accordance with the production schedule.
   Oversees material inventory activities and ensures accuracy of data in the SAP system.
   Ensures the return of no good items to suppliers with complete documentation.
   Coordinates with the Customers for the delivery commitments.
   Generates reviews and revises production planning and inventory procedures and work instructions.
   Cascades procedures/work instructions and conduct training to subordinates.
   Generates and corrects non-conformity reports whenever there is planning and inventory process that deviates to the procedures and work instructions.
   Creates and updates planning and inventory information in SAP System. Identify and generates sectional budgets, objectives, and targets.
   Coordinates with purchasing for the materials delivery schedule. Coordinates with logistics for the finished goods delivery schedule.
   Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates.
   Supervises activities and performance of subordinates.
