Qualifications

• Requirement

  A bachelor's degree in a business-related area or computer-related field.
  Minimum of 5 years experience in comparable industries, with 2-3 years in a senior management position
  Ability to coach and mentor direct reports
  Strong communication skills, written and oral, with experience making presentations and gaining credibility with a wide range of audiences and being able to understand and explain technological concepts to clients.
  Post Graduated is an advantage but not required
  Proven sales track record in a new product/solutions/ new market environment, Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
  Experience with a specific sales methodology/forecasting, sales funnel management or familiar with SalesForceDotCom CRM tool.
  Dynamic, persevering, aggressive, self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker, “can-do attitude”, analytical and flexible.
