  Duties and Responsibilities:
  ? Ensuring that the Project Team completes the project
  ? Developing the Project Plan with the team
  ? Manages the team’s performance of project tasks
  ? Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Clients
  ? Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team
  ? Make sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope
  ? Does other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors
  ? Prepares project schedule.
  ? Prepares manpower and equipment loading schedules.
  ? Prepares billings and change order costs
  ? Conducts site inspection for monitoring of project progress.
  ? Coordinates with other subcontractors.
  ? Coordinates with suppliers with regards to cost and material deliveries.
  ? Conducts personnel coordination meetings.
  ? Overall management of various commercial projects.
  ? In charge of the project from design development to post-construction.
  ? Draft contracts documents with owners, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
  ? Lead to provide an efficient and effective operation.
  ? Overall supervision from design and specification to post construction.
  ? Technical specification and documentation supervisor.
  ? Keep clients up-to-date on progress and informed them of unexpected major problems.
  ? Provide efficient management and quality customer service
