Job Description
? Handles financial reporting, accounting activities, year-end audit preparation and budget administration
? Ensures timely completion and submission of the Department’s deliverables
? Contributes to the set up and reinforcement of internal control procedures
? Improves systems and procedure and initiate corrective actions
? Provides accurate data capture and recording of the Company’s financial transactions
? Analyzes and conceptualizes methods for various accounting, audit, and financial matters
? Monitors and prepares documents pertinent to meet accounting standards and tax regulations
? Provides other support for the controller
? Other tasks as assigned from time to time by immediate superior
Qualifications
Requirement
? Graduate of BS Accountancy and must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
? At least five (5) years of relevant work experience gained preferably from Freight Forwarding industry or auditing firm
? Extensive knowledge in accounting, Philippine Tax compliance and Accounting Standards
? In-depth experience in preparation and analysis of financial statements
? Proven capacity in exceeding department’s objectives
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Possesses strong business acumen skills
? Excellent People Management skills
? Matured, Analytical, Hardworking, Dynamic and Flexible
? Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skill
? Knowledgeable in EDI system is preferred but not mandatory
? Willing to work in Makati CityEnglish Level
