• Job Description

  Responsibilities:
  ・ Supervises the receiving of correct quantity of deliveries from the suppliers and finished goods returned by customers.
  ・ Reports to the Head of Production the incidents on damaged or lost stock items, weight discrepancies on deliveries from suppliers, problems on deliveries to customers, etc. and makes corrective actions
  ・ Updates bin cards
  ・ Determines the ordering level for each stock item
  ・ Maintains orderly and cleanliness in the warehouses
  ・ Ensures that all items in the warehouses are properly labelled
  ・ Ensures that goods stocks are segregated from bad and obsolete stocks
  ・ Monitors all outgoing finished goods to logistics for delivery to customers
  ・ Monitors the proper operation of forklifts and lifting equipment
  ・ Perform other tasks to be assigned by the Department Head
