Job Description
Who will work as construction manager in a high rise condominium located in taguig
?Knowledgeable in local codes & international standard specifications.
?Proficient in oral & written English communication skills, preferably with knowledge in ISO documentations.
?Must possess oral English communication skills in the personal inter-actions & discussion with Owner’s top management, Owner’s Designers & Consultants, Contractor’s top managements & contractor’s site top supervisors
?Must be hands-on in the preparation of minutes of meetings, accomplishment & progress reports.
?Must possess computer proficiency at least in MS Office (excel, word & power point) & preferably with working knowledge in MS Project application.
?Responsible, pro-active, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work beyond regular hours & holidays.

?Preferably Male
?45 ? 60 years old
?Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture with valid professional license issued by Professional Regulation Commission.
?Minimum of 10 years extensive & hands-on experience in the implementation of construction management in high rise buildings for architectural, fit-out & finishing works & working knowledge in the coordination of MEPF & other related works.
?With extensive exposure in project construction management such as coordination & quality control function, ensure quality & schedule of the project being supervised & provide related technical expertise & support to the Owner’s Consultants & Owner top managementEnglish Level
