• Job Description

  The position is responsible for sales supervision and operation of the AA Department: directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories and individual quotas in order for department quota and targets are achieved
  
  1. Supervises the tasks of the 2 departments: IAP sales group and IAS sales group. Conducts meeting within the department on sales and its related activities.
  2. Maintains smooth operation of quotation generation and daily tasks (like sales call). Performs marketing activities for the department.; meets with clients to discuss requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
  3. Reviews customer needs, potential, prices, costs and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
  4. Represents company and trade association meetings to promote product.
  5. Coordinates liaison activities between sales department and other sales-related units.
  6. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales and other related documents as needed by managers and others in similar positions.
  7. Takes care and is responsible for the equipment, documents and materials under his/her personal custodianship. Ensures that appropriate control checkpoints and standard norms are established and observed. Reports to the immediate supervisor any deviation of the policies and procedures and other areas of concern.
  8. Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties, activities/ matters that may be assigned form time to time.
