• Job Description

  The Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within the organization.
  
  - Supports and assists the Marketing Manager in managing the daily operations of the Marketing Department
  - Carry-out marketing plan/works for the company
  - Conduct company presentation to prospective clients
  - Prepare marketing strategy for the company
  - Prepare marketing sales reports periodically
  - Prepares marketing materials Commercial Conditions of Proposals and reports
  - Attends pre-bid conferences and clarification meetings
  - Monitors status of Bid Proposal preparation
  - Coordinates with clients for prospective projects.
  - Monitors status of prospective projects, including bid bulletins and other documents relative to the project.
  - Assists in the preparation of marketing objective and marketing plan, Project Inquiry Meeting, Proposal Submission Meeting and Awarded Project Meeting with concerned department.
  - Checks credit risk of clients to avoid financial risk of the Company.
