  Basic Function
  Responsible for providing network management system to every Department in the Company.
  
  Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage and control IT network system of every department in the Company.
  2. Monitoring of Internet connection (Speed and Connection) – Makati Office
  3. Controlling and giving direction to IT Supervisor regarding IT Section.
  4. Involve in Network Planning, equipment configuration, testing and network implementation.
  5. Coordinate with ISP and telecommunication providers for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of communication lines such as dedicated internet, DSL etc including implementation, maintenance and problem isolation on system, network and telecommunication.
  6. Manage the isolation and troubleshooting data and line problems.
  7. Participate in communication line tests for primary and back up lines together with Third Party Suppliers.
  8. Manage the deployment of equipment, includes maintenance and troubleshooting hardwares and softwares, such as servers, desktop, printers, laptops, firewalls, network equipment and other accessories.
  9. Recommending, scheduling and implanting hardware requirements.
  10. Monitoring stocks of IT Peripherals, consumables and other supplies.
  11. Contacting Vendors for Hardware Support, repair and maintenance.
  12. Planning and undertake schedule of maintenance upgrades.
  13. Attend to Computer users in case there is IT Problem encountered.
  14. Securing records and software licenses.
  15. Involvement in software system implementation and planning.
  16. Maintaining and monitoring all servers, firewall and CCTV.
  17. Updating IT Policy and Procedure manual as needed.
  18. Prepare IT Forms and control sheets as needed.
  19. Preparation of reports, proposals and other documentations
  20. Provide Answers on IT Audit Issues.
  21. Manage Compilation of All IT related documents.
