    A Business Analyst leads deep dive analysis in understanding business operation - its users, services, market and verticals, to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to optimize and advance business processes within the organization and its clients.

    He/She understands both business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and works cross functionally across business and IT stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate solution requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
    Specializing on Financial Derivatives.
    With Banking and Retail industry experience, preferably.

Qualifications

    ■ College/Bachelor's Degree Graduate
    ■ Japanese skill at least N3 level
    ■ At least 4 years as Business Analyst
    ■ Specializing on Financial Derivatives.
    ■ With Banking and Retail industry experience, preferably.
